Occasionally Apple will process a subscription payment but not relay that information back to our servers. In order to sync things up, what you'll need to do is restore your subscription. This should allow you to gain access to your existing subscription. You will not be charged again. Here are the steps to follow:
1) Navigate to the settings screen within the app, accessed by clicking the left navigation icon (to the left of the logo) then clicking on ‘Settings’
2) Scroll to the list of links at the bottom of the screen
3) Select 'Restore Purchase' from the list of options
4) Log in to your iTunes account
