If you would like to cancel your iOS subscription, please note that subscriptions purchased through Mend's iOS app are handled by Apple and must be canceled directly through Apple settings. Apple does not allow Mend to make any changes to your Apple subscriptions on your behalf, so we will not be able to respond to emails about changing or canceling iOS subscriptions purchased through the App Store.
If you would like to make a change or cancel your web app subscription that you purchased through letsmend.com (receipts are sent from Mend Tech, Inc. to your email address via our payment provider Stripe), we are happy to help you with that. Please send us your last invoice with a cancellation request or simply send an email to [hello] at [letsmend] dot [com]. If you have written in to cancel, we will honor the cancellation date as the time/date you emailed.
